Being new to investments with Edward Jones, Mr. Kling seemed to assume I knew important information and acted almost as if I was (for lack of better explanation) incompetent. One would think that a new customer, especially one going through a traumatic life event, would have been treated with respect and care. A job of a financial advisor is to make sure your client is informed instead of acting annoyed when questions were asked. Not impressed. Would not recommend.
- SBSelequa BrownApr 14, 20142.0I wish it would have been better. Mr. Kling was nice and polite. However, he wanted to make decisions about our goals that didn't make sense to my husband and I. We think there are differences about a professional's financial advice & investment knowledge and about our goals and wishes for our family's security. For now we have decided to go to someone else who understands and respects that better.
