- JLJ LFeb 13, 20231.0I went in to make a deposit. The drive through and teller services inside do not exist. I asked if they would take my deposit and I will visit the PNC in Berkley next time. They would not do it. Why do they have tellers at all? I will look into other banks for my business needs.

A clerk walks up to him and asked him if he had time to close my account and he said no time today and it's only 11a.m.! They suggested i drive to another location in a different city and try there! I called and reported them to the main PNC # and was able to close my account on the phone fortunately.

I leave ALL my info (when I went in-person the teller wrote it on a sticky note - including an account number - seems SCARY) to NEVER hear back OR get an APPT. I have done this three times. I cannot imagine a more unprofessional bank.
