    I left my debit card at the ATM machine and was informed by the teller to pick up the card. She specifically gave me until 09/12/25 to pick up my card or else she was going to discard it. I was out of town and wasn’t able to pick up my card. I got back the following week assuming that my card was discarded like I was told. I called customer service and ordered a new debit card. Anyways, fast forward to today I received a fraud alert from Flagstar stating that someone used that old debit card, that was supposed to be discarded, to purchase some supplies that I was not aware of! This Flagstar is the closest one in my area. There’s always a long waiting period & it’s not safe!! I will no longer continue to go there especially now knowing that their employees are not just incompetent, they are not trustworthy too! They should be investigated for financial fraud! Edit: in response to the reply that was written by the owner…do not worry. I’ve already contacted customer service and informed the fraud team. I’m no longer banking at your location and possibly getting out of Flagstar.

    Flagstar is a great bank! Natasha made opening my new account quik and easy. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and got me set up and on my way in no time.

    Waited 30 minutes to see a banker before the manager, Maria, finally came out to assist. Then she proceeded to help the guy she was clearly friends with, who was in line after me, and I was made to wait another 10 minutes while they spoke at length in Spanish. Extremely unprofessional. The guy at the counter, who has a British accent, was very nice and professional, though.

    Pros: Friendly staff, convenient location. Cons: Extremly slow wait times both inside and through drive thru, staff seemingly favors Mexican clients hence the reason majority of staff's first language is Spanish. I will not bank at this location anymore unfortunately.
