  15 days ago i submitted all the paperwork to obtain CDs left by my deceased grandmother. I live roughly 6 hours from the branch. One would think 15 days to be plenty of time to close the accounts and send the money, but one would be wrong. I worked at a bank over 25 years ago and even then it was a matter of pressing a few buttons. I was told the person who was handling this was out on Friday and Monday but would complete the task when they returned. It would seem the employees were perfectly content to make me wait even longer as of that is in any way acceptable because generally people want and need their money yesterday so suggesting I continue to wait is ridiculous. I was informed the checks would need to be sent certified mail and no idea when theyd arrive. Further annoying me as I work for a living and cant sit around waiting to sign for the package. Lord knows Id quit my job if i were privy to the amount, but Im told that can not be revealed to me. I asked why in the year 2025 in this our digital age why the amount cant be sent digitally to my bank here. To which this suggestion was met with am i a member. Still not sure why it cant be digitally wired since literally EVERYTHING is digital in banking but here we are. I hope they plan to overnight that package to me since theyve been dragging their feet for so long. Its unacceptible. ***5 business days later and still no check. I used the chat to contact a rep who refused to give me the business email of Michelle the branch manager so I could send an email, and read it at my leisure, but she refused to provide it saying the email isnt secure despite the fact that i used email to send the information they requested to get the money from the CDs. I requested that the branch manager call me instead. Michelle did call me back and said she mailed the cds out on Monday. Which proves my point that this SIMPLE task should not have taken 15 days to complete. When i thanked Michelle and said "Goodbye" she hung up in my ear. The response from the owner takes zero responsibility for dragging their feet. Like yeah, theyre taking care of it because I called to check on progress and insist someone lift a finger otherwise who would have know how long id be waiting. Pathetic.

  I would absolutely recommend this bank to anyone, especially for mortgage lending and regular banking needs. My contact person, Kayla Magee, is always quick to respond to me any time I reach out, and she goes above and beyond to assist me with anything I need.
