- MMMelJun 19, 20241.0We were last minute pressured into applying for a home loan (11PM) because they have a “gift program” and our realtor and this loan officer are some sort of dream team. No. When we later began to ask questions the loan officer was short with us and said the gift program was only for Ingham and Eaton counties, despite the website saying that it can be used in 18 counties. First of all maybe for the “dream team” it’s those two counties and second of all why so secretive which counties? Why can’t that information be available for homebuyers? I called the number listed to inquire and left a voicemail, which was never returned. We ended up renting as we found out too late from another branch that Jackson County is included as well. Thank you for nothing. We will not be using your service.
