- PSPhaedra SNov 15, 20251.0I just spent an hour there trying to withdraw money from my CU as this is supposed to be a share branch that accesses other CUs. They invented this terrible system to verify one's identity that does not work. Question to this branch, how about just using my State Issued ID to identify me? This has worked for decades before the computer age.

Throughout this tenure with PSCU, I had Direct Deposit and would always keep money sitting in my account, in which allowed for PSCU to lend and make money. I finally had an emergency car repair and needed to borrow money for the repair, but was denied by the Loan Officer, Kimberly Sable, of the Oak Park branch. Although my 2 week paychecks were on average $2,400 and up, but I was denied. Sad that you can help an entity make money but they'll refuse you a $4,000 loan for a 2 year period.
