- TPTanya PillowMay 2, 20245.0My daughter's account was hacked and she had to open a new account and everyone at Honor made the process smooth especially Brooke Bennett at the Niles office. Brooke went above with her service ensuring the hold on the new account was removed, overnighted her a new debit card and making sure her paycheck would go into the new account the next day since it was too late for her employer to change it. I recommend Honor and especially Brooke from Niles office if you ever need anything.
