They worked with me to verify with me of the incidents, and working on a solution immediately. After that first contact, they know me by face and are keeping me abreast on the reconciliation of the problem. I highly recommend them, and am very grateful to them. Shoutout to Ms. Lewis, their manager, for being so diligent in helping me; and to the gals there for always beong so courteous, especially during a difficult time in my life.

Their customer service is not helpful, and they do not inform account holders of changes or issues with accounts until the account is closed, at which time they cannot give you straight answers or information about your account, because they delete all of the information with it. Also had issues with them sending out payments without my authorization or knowledge (and I am NOT enrolled in any automatic withdrawal payments.)
