Their customer service is not helpful, and they do not inform account holders of changes or issues with accounts until the account is closed, at which time they cannot give you straight answers or information about your account, because they delete all of the information with it. Also had issues with them sending out payments without my authorization or knowledge (and I am NOT enrolled in any automatic withdrawal payments.)
