He lost our financial documents several times for starters. He almost never provided updates, unless we prompted him. He could not provide any timelines at any point. Then he set our closing date late to “play it safe“ and we still had to extend it further because he did noy properly prepare everything. As soon as i can refinance, I plan to. Choose a different bank!
