- DSDavid StefanJul 7, 20251.0A horrible bank. Once you deposit money it's not yours anymore. They make it very difficult to move money. Customer service follow up is horrible and in our case non existent. Very long waits on the phone for help. Limits on cash withdrawals. You go to a branch for help and they direct you to an 800 number to call.
