  On any typical time I have to deal with my bank usually I get to talk with Jessica and have never had any issues in fact she has been warm and welcoming ! She was the one who helped me set up both my accounts, I’ve been with Flagstar for 4 years now. today’s encounter was with Megan she was very helpful although we couldn’t solve the problem she was still very helpful and patient and i appreciate her. however I then got transferred to the “assistant manager” and that’s where everything went down hill , he wouldn’t let me talk without talking over me because all he wanted to do was leave. I had already been on the phone trying to trouble shoot the issue since 4pm no one ever said for me to come in if they had I would have and I told him that. He still proceeded to get very snippy and short with me gave me a customer service number and said well hopefully this helps or you’ll have to come in Monday… meaning all the money that was just deposited I had no way of getting to over the weekend. as that wasn’t bad enough he said well I’m not even sure that customer service representative will even been available so there was no helping me fix the problem he was no where near as helpful as Jessica or Megan were and this interaction with this man made me honestly want to never come back to this bank or change my bank all together. Thankfully the customer service representative was able to fix the problem and was very helpful and kind thanks again chleio , Jessica & Megan !! You ladies are awesome . Update : the manager Jessica called love her always ! She is amazing , thank you for all your help Jessica !!

  They have changed hours to 9to5 mon.thru fri. And closed Saturdays. I work 7 am to 5 at least those days in construction.

  OMG! This bank is a complete mess. It's been a month now since I had logged in to my account. I have gone into the bank 3 times to correct this problem. (2 times at this location and 1 time at the Warren branch.) The person who helped me here was rude, un-willing or un-wanting to help. He made us feel unimportant or more of a burden. I have called so so many times, only to be hung up on. This place has some really big issues, I would stay far away. My only choice was to close the account.

  The representative was the best customer service representative that I have ever encountered while entering a bank. She assisted me quickly and accurately. The best experience I have ever had at a bank hands down.
