Whether you are looking for opening personal account, a business account, or any other type of accounts. They offer variety of financial services and products. Credit cards, mortgage for residential and commercial properties, auto loan, home equity, business loan. Their online service is one of the best in industry! Branch Manager Ms. Lopa is one the friendliest and customer focused professionals with years of experience. I had more than positive experience with both my in-branch and phone interactions. I would very strongly recommend KeyBank and this branch. A+
- BJBryan JohnstoneJan 10, 20181.0So the branch manager at KeyBank got mad that I made a complaint about his customer service so he closed my accounts. He called me 4 times yesterday while I was with a customer. When I finally got a chance to call back to see what was going on he didn't apologize or ask what he could do to better his service and to make me a happy customer! Instead he wanted to argue with me about the review.. Honestly I never thought I would be treated like this by my bank. After going back and forth I finally just hung up and proceeded with my day. Well this morning I'm trying to buy materials so we can go insulate some homes and my card was declined. So I called the bank and they said there is an anonymous block on our account, we do not want to do business with you any longer per the Livonia branch. Ok cool I already opened up a Chase business account so I'm coming to get a cashiers check I need my money. They proceed to say that I can't come get a check and that they will be sending me one in ten business days... They not only closed my business but also my personal checking and savings account as well as my office managers personal accounts. Good thing I set Chase up last month or I would be really screwed. Moral of the story do not give your business to Key Bank!
