  Total shoutout to Carrie Curnow and Gina Ianitelli who really turned around my experience. After HORRIBLE online experience with FS on a couple of occasions I decided to show up in person - and I was loaded for bear. I had my mother with me who uses a walker. Struggling up the four steps outside the office a woman (who turned out to be Carrie) came rushing out to help me get Mom situated. Carrie didn't know if we were going to FS or another business on the strip, she was just there to help. She asked if we were going to FS and she'd help. There was a lot to discuss b/c my Dad was dying on cancer, my Mom knew nothing about the finances but Carrie sorted everything out. Was patient with her, was very sympathetic and warm. A week later after my Dad passed we passed several other FS branches to go back to this branch to see Carrie again. We again had loads to discuss, Carrie was again very patient. After sorting through all of Dad's financials with had yet another trip to make and this time saw Gina. She was excellent, patient, warm as well. I have a complete difference of opinion about FS now, thanks to the interactions at this branch. I hope they sort out the online support people to be equally as good.

  Flagstar Bank, especially AVP Carrie Curnow, quickly settled my late father's account with very personal sympathy touches. I thank her for being a kind human during a difficult time for my family.

  Poor!! Almost 20 minutes for a simple deposit. No one was in line at the drive thru. I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there and that was after pushing the call button twice!
