- PRPaige RaymondNov 11, 20251.0Their team is extremely uncoordinated between departments. Their insurance tracking department has been harassing me for nearly 2 months, threatening to force an insurance policy on a totalled out vehicle, and talking to them is a joke. Also, thry locked me put of mobile banking after only 2 attempts of putting in (first attempt was my old password, second was a single incorrect digit) and I am unable to correct it because 1. I don't have service on the attached phone and 2. None of their customer services reps are available when they close at 5:30pm and it isn’t even 5:00pm. This credit union will do ANYTHING to take money they aren’t owed, and trying to get anywhere with them is like bashing your head into a cement wall. Automated directories should be illegal.
- JLJeremy LoyOct 18, 20251.0After driving 2 hours after selling my house and trying to set up a money transfer just to verify told everything was good next day I get a phone call and they close my account I was going through the worst time of my life had been in the hospital almost died and then on top of it after 25 years of banking with them. They way I was treated was not good. I want to thank citizens Bank for actually being able to let me cash my check and open an account.
- ALAlyson LJul 29, 20251.0I’ll be grateful the day that I no longer have to deal with Lake Trust. My grandfather had loans, savings, and checking accounts with this institution for years. Over the years, we’ve experienced many headaches with their payment system especially when it came to our auto loans. However, the icing on the cake was this last event. My grandfather left me the beneficiary on his bank account. My grandpa also had an auto loan with them. Apparently, there’s a clause in the auto loan document that states if there’s any money left on the loan the credit union can take the money. If my grandpa would’ve known this, he would’ve made different arrangements. Please be aware of this so your loved one doesn’t end up in the same situation. This institution made me wait more than a week for their decision. Absolutely heartlessI! If you’re looking for honest banking please see the tellers at Huntington Bank on Saginaw Highway, they go above and beyond for your needs!
