I thought I could trust a so called friend by me doing so I left my suitcase in this wrongful person vehicle that never told me they're going to be trusted by me doing so, tried to fraud my account by sending this company to fraud my account and let me tell you this the bank took care of it right away. - KWK WJun 25, 20221.0Last week at the drive thru I requested a one hundred dollar bill but received two fifty dollar bills! Yesterday I went into the branch while depositing money into my account and requested a one hundred dollar bill and received it . Today at the drive thru while banking I asked for two one hundred dollars bills but received 10 twenty dollars bills. So I had to go into the branch and request two one hundred dollars bills. It may seem petty to Flagstar but to me it is all about customer service if you don’t have what the customer requested let the customer know or ask another teller do u have a hundred dollar bill in your drawer!
