- JJJ JohnOct 17, 20251.0They will transfer your loan to a new company after a month, and not verify who it is. You will receive about 20 letters saying they are from Flagstar, and your service is being transferred toa new lender, all with different lender companies. So you try to contact them to ensure you pay the correct lender, which it does not show on their portal where you used to pay. And you are greeted by a robot, which gives you pre-recorded information and then hangs up, with no option to talk to anyone. The actual team members are great. But the bank and it's loan system (glorified debt collectors), not so much. They should have basic verifications for issues like phishing.
