- LLLindseyOct 30, 20251.0They kept repeating the same charge over and over again for 1 stop payment they never stopped. Then, charge me an overdraft fee for the payment they were supposed to stop. Got charged over a hundred fifty dollars that I shouldn't have been charged. I've called every day this week and keep being told it's going to get fixed and it hasn't got fixed. Will definitely be leaving this bank now

Female rep was very upset he was asking these basic questions, had a huge attitude, and threw my husband's ID at him. I assume she was upset we came in 20 mins before close but we were out well before they closed. Considering the fact that my husband and I have had loans thru this company exclusively for almost 10 years we were disgusted at how she treated us. It would be one thing if we had an attitude, but asking basic questions and you throw someone's ID?
