- LDLori DietzOct 8, 20181.0The worst banking system around. Have spent about 8 hours on the phone trying to get problems with closing our account taken care of. Every time we called we get a different answer from the representative that we spoke with. And we have made 10 calls in less than 24 hours, because we keep getting disconnected and then of course they can't call you back and you can't get number to call them directly. This isn't the Iron River branch, but the Wells Fargo so called customer care. I had two supervisors that were addressing the issue and both times disconnected and the second one said if we were disconnected he would have someone reach out to me, never received a call back. Called again and this supervisor had a smug tone and didn't even try to go further to help and gave me another phone number to call. This has been so awful and stressful. Actually not any stars.
