- JLJeremy LoyOct 3, 20251.0After banking with lake trust for about 25 years I got sick and got behind and had to sell my house they wouldn't even take my wire transfer after making me drive 2 hours to verify one of the worst customer experiences I was told that they could help me and that they would take my deposit got a phone call the very next day and told me they wouldn't do it after 25 years of dealing with them I almost died in the hospital one of the worst Banks I've ever had to deal with besides fifth third

I tried the 888 number and it's very hard to get a human on. The automatic system hung up on me three times.
