Then Melissa Parkin excused herself, and went over and politely told the young man he could not enter without a mask. He said he didn’t have to. She explained to him that was the policy, if he didn’t want to wear a mask she understood therefore they would be more than happy to help him through drive-through. He was angry and upset talking about his rights, he had already knocked the sign over out front that asked people to wear a mask! She stayed calm and collected but firmly stood her ground, and followed the bank policy! He finally went through drive-through, they were not able to help him because his account had expired. She was apologetic to me that this had happened. I did not feel threatened, they were very stern with the gentleman but polite. The two ladies at the bank handled it beautifully. I’m a Very satisfied customer!
