I go in to cash a check and because I do not have an account there, the teller says oh, we're gonna have to charge you $5 for this, but would you like to sign up for free account? Lololololololol, Hell no!!! The teller then looks at me and has the nerve to ask me "what was this payment for, work?? I looked at her and told her it doesn't matter, because it does not matter to the bank or the teller what the personal private business is of their account holder or the person cashing the check, me.... And then let's take it to another level. Let's just say the word fraud 3 or 4 times and then pick the phone up and say Hey, we have to call the client to make sure they wrote this check to you, make sure it's not fraud. Let's say that another 2 or 3 times before we hang the phone up. A truly unbelievable slap in the face Experience for me today at this bank. And I will never use their services ever again. I will simply go to my bank right down the road instead of trying to save a little driving time and distance blah blah blah......
