I asked for a small personal loan for a valid reason, and they even couldn't apply because I had not been here for more than two years. how funny! I am working as a RA and will definitely not deposit my salary in this bank anymore. Useless and now I know why their rating is so poor.

- RRRebeccaJul 13, 20201.0The transition from Wells Fargo was handled terribly and it was downhill from there. At one point the atm broke and it took the money from the check I was trying to deposit out twice. This was at the end of the month, so rent was due, and despite it being their mistake they did absolutely nothing to fix it, so had I not had money elsewhere I would have been late. I constantly had problems with them randomly charging fees for no reason. Staff at this particular location have always been friendly, but that doesn't negate all the problems I've had over the years.
