  They charge fees on account transfers and expect customers to remember terms and conditions from 10 years prior to opening said accounts. I remember when customer service met something. And in training that I have had with Macatawa Bank with being a prior employee , They always had use explain any type of fee that would be associated to the customer request. Shame on Macatawa Bank....the reason why you got bought out and why your investments accounts were force to be closed and transfered also, you can't be a local bank if you treat people like I was treated today! Shame on you for not doing your job and me for not remembering a term and condition from an account I opened over 10 ago. Choose a different bank, I promise you you won't regret it. I'd suggest Lake Michigan Credit Union, any branch is amazing to work with!

  Do not use this bank. They charge $64 in overdraft fees, play "pending games"to trigger more overdraft fees, and will do nothing to stop you from being bled dry Use a different bank, this one doesn't even extend past west Michigan anyways
