  At this branch, the employee at the desk was friendly, but the experience was unnecessarily frustrating. I was at the area for withdrawing money, gathering my belongings before approaching her desk to address an “issue” with my address. The branch had just opened, there was no line, and there was no reason to rush me, yet she repeated herself three times, urging me to come over. Ultimately, my address did not need to be corrected. She then explained — as if I did not already know — that “when the light turns green, you may enter.” I understood this, but with a stroller and my baby, I was confused by the slower-than-usual door timing. As a customer, I would expect staff to be more professional and patient, especially when I had my baby with me. At other locations, I have been able to enter and exit quickly without buzzing, without waiting, and without feeling rushed or talked down To
