- GGGlutzMay 2, 20251.0Once I pay my loan off I am switching. Hate laketrust. Anytime I have any sort of issue I have to drive to a physical location. Their ONLINE SUPPORT SUCKS. All of their customer support is outsourced and you get stuck in hours of loops. Just canceled my card last week and it’s been 2 weeks with no replacement in the mail. Now I’ve got to drive around and find a location that can print me a new card. I will never EVER be using laketrust again. Also, you can’t even cancel your card within the app. You have to call their support and god knows how long that takes.
