Then a few months ago get a letter (no phone call or face to face), saying he is transferring us to another advisor. Guess we didn’t have enough $ for him to bother with, so we researched and found another advisor on our own. Possibly the one he recommended was ok, but if this is the way Edward Jones advisors treat their clients, we didn’t want to keep supporting Edward Jones.
