- JAJ ArizonanApr 13, 20231.0I am not happy at all. I was not adovsed I would be treated like a trash bag. I called to transfer my money and couldn't speak to anyone so I called the main line. I was advised to have the bank send acceptance letter without my signature. That is what I did. Then it was rejected. I then sent it signed and again rejected. I spoke to Amy and she hung up on me. I called on Friday April 7, 2023 to make sure the form was accepted. Justin told me it was and there was nothing further to do. I called again to make sure everything was fine. I spoke to Kylee and she adivded it was. I had to send three different forms and finally I got this transfer. Heidi called me today rude as all get out telling me how wrong I was and I was not advised of these things. I can't believe how I have been treated by these people. This is my money, my retirement not Edward Jones. I never heard back from Jacob Kemp and still haven't. This is crazy I would never put your money in this place. You will go through heck and high water just to transfer it. I would not recommend
