- BRBenjamin RicoSep 19, 20241.0I applied for a loan for a house a month ago, and also applied for a program that cover down payments, I had everything ready and suddenly my application stopped and didn’t go through, I had to switch to a better bank where I had the best time, LMCU, was fast and easy. I had a hard time understanding why they didn’t move forward with my application if I had everything ready, someone named Dan was the one who made it extremely impossible to continue, and also didn’t show any signs of professionalism. I know that this doesn’t happen to everyone but I am not going to recommend this bank for a house loan!

We were hesitant to make a switch after being with a competitor for a number of years, but the entire branch, including Barb and Ace, were able to help us through the transition. Not only did they help during the transition, but were also very helpful and easy to work with after everything was set up. Thank you for the great customer service. Keep up the great work! Ace, Barb, Ryan and Emily are great to work with. They really get to know their customers and make sure they are taken care of. I would not do my banking anywhere but the Monroe Branch. Customer service at its BEST!

The only negative thing I can say is that they need better ink pens for customers ;-) but the personalities and professionalism of the staff makes up for the ink pens.
