The volume absolutely STINKS, you can't hear a word that the teller is saying. I am tired of saying " what, I can't hear you? " It seems like an easy solution but it won't get resolved. Management, it's time for you to take a listen for yourself and to get this resolved. Update: I was called a few days later by management and they indicated they are updating the ATM machines and that that has been in progress for a little while

Something had happened that I was not happy about, but I do know absolutely nothing about financing. They spent hours working with me and making sure that every issue I had was going to be taken care of. And it was! I am now a home owner! It’s more important in my opinion what a person or company does when the deal does not go right the first time. If every deal went flawlessly or to hell we would not need the stars in between 1 & 5
