For me personally, she has hand delivered receipts to my store when we didn't have time to stay and wait for them, she has bought me treats, she is ALWAYS smiling, she even hand decorates the cash envelopes with a personal touch. She is a phenomenal human being and she truly, genuinely cares about the people who come through that door.

Despite the fact that their entire system had already been shut down and they had to reboot everything for me, Jennifer, the customer service manager, did so without hesitation and with a smile. She literally saved my day. I've had accounts with other banks where I've walked up at 4:58 and the manager quickly came over to lock the doors before I could get in. This is a bank with a heart and I'm so grateful I switched to Macatawa bank.
