No after hours calling to fix card issues or account issues. Doesn’t care about long term customers. Been with them since I lived in Michigan and I’m changing banks for good.

The staff is incredibly friendly, always accommodates my particular needs and greets me by name as soon as I walk in the door. I appreciate their prompt and personalized service, especially during the busy work day. Josh and his team are doing a wonderful job and I would recommend this branch to anyone who is looking for a bank that treats you like family.
