- SMScott McDonaldsMay 17, 20241.0I gave them all the documents to properly prepare my tax return. They prepared my tax return and messed it up . It caused a tax audit. They could not talk with the tax audit agent about their work because they are not certified. Took my money and left me all alone without any help or guidance during tax audit. Never told me before that they were not certified accountants or agents. Now all alone dealing with an audit.
