- NSN SmithApr 25, 20253.0Generally this is a great location, but something needs to be done about the drive-up window and ATM being in such close proximity. It wouldn't be bad if there was a sign at the drive up window limiting transactions. There should be a limit of no more than two transactions or the customer must go inside. It's very rude to keep ATM customers waiting while the drive up window customer wants to do ten transactions. Twice recently I, and other cats as well, have had to wait because a customer was too lazy to go inside or, for some reason, didn't want to use the other lane.
