    Needed a new debit card bc current one was acting up and they forgot to send it out so hubby went back in to ask what was going on and the teller CANCELED the current card without asking and will allegedly be sending a new one. How is it our local 3 branch credit union can print them same day but you guys don't have that ability when you're a chain?

    Not someone to leave reviews, but I seem to not have a choice. I have been trying to reach Flagstar regarding their online banking, which since the last update no longer works. I am only greeted with an error message and the customer service phone number. Each time I have waited for 15+ minutes to finally speak to a representative and after it goes through the dial tone, it hangs up. You have to repeat the process. I have to go in person to my dedicated Flagstar ATM to check my balance. Nobody has helped me with this when I say it at my branch either. Random and unnecessary fees will be taken from your account and random times, and you will not be notified of them. You have to keep a close watch on your statements to find these. I have traveled over the years, and I always know to call them before I leave my city to keep them from freezing my credit card. The last time I visited Wisconsin Dells, I called before I left. They said they would not freeze my card. I made 3 purchases the first day I was there, and the next day, being a Saturday, the card was frozen. Now, since it was Saturday, it took over an hour out of my vacation to sit on the phone and wait for someone to unfreeze it, due to less staffing on weekends. If you are wondering if you should open accounts here, don’t. I’m working on closing mine already. Been a member with Wells Fargo since I was 14. This acquisition ruined this bank.

    The ATM is absolutely horrible! The transactions take forever, and sometimes dont even work. Saying your transaction is complete even though you weren't even given the chance to put your pin in yet. Just garbage.
