    Been helping a senior friend who banks here. It's been horrible. The seniors' daughter was taking advantage of her. She did have financial POA. We got another POA done for her and told the bank why. They still are not honoring our POA nearly a month later and freezing her account, making it very difficult to get her home help chores since they won't give us bank statements needed. Today they now claim the do not have all pages of the POA even though we gave it to staff there to scan. So will go do that tomorrow and see what else they come up with to stall. If it would not be so stressful on my senior friend to sue them for the stolen money by the daughter we would help her do that. Do not trust them with your seniors funds. The attorney we worked with FOR the POA said they are the worse bank they had ever dealt with. As the first POA we gave them, they didn't accept and wanted changes. We made changes and they have been stalling since that for a month. Andrew the SW area regional manager is usually "too busy" to return calls so he has others call back for him. Cowardly and very unprofessional. They know they did wrong and now are trying to cover their butts. APS did find exploitation by the daughter. Wish they would have been as difficult to the daughter as they are to people actually trying to help this senior. We will be opening another account elsewhere for her very soon.

    Everyone one has always been friendly and helpful. You walk in the door and are greeted and asked “how can I help you”.if the teller is free at that moment. We love the on line services and the easy access to our account information. Thank you!
