- FFFaliesha6 days ago1.0First they authorized money for me and it was an overdraft of $.53 and I was charged $29. The manager reversed the charge. Then I put money in there to cover my insurance and they charged me another $29 saying that I didn't cover my insurance and I know that I did. Watch your money and check your statements because if you don't, they will be in taking out fees if you transfer your money from checking to savings and vice versa, if you go over because they authorized a payment when they could just deny it. We are helping them by putting our money in their bank but they punish us by changing us all kinds of fees and hidden fees.

The only reason the review is 2 stars instead of 1 is because Destiny, the lovely woman standing next to her decided to kindly help me and give me the information needed to pay my rent at another location. I'm not sure about the vetting process and if it includes attitude or not, but Ivy is not fit for customer service. I will not be returning to this credit union because of Ivy, but Destiny made the experience tolerable.
