- KHKing Hell Rell (HRMG)Nov 10, 20231.0I’ll say come here if you got time on your hands. It’s literally nobody in line it’s 2 people at the counter while it’s 4 tellers, but only 2 is working. Nobody said just a moment or nothing. They didn’t care I was politely waiting and as I’m writing this another teller is opening an another account. Detroit is already known to be an hostile city. Good customer service goes a long way!! I’d be wrong if I verbally expressed my frustrations with this place and asked to speak with a management. After 10 minutes of waiting the teller at the end finally said she’ll take me, worth noting her energy was very down, seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered (if you check the camera you’ll see she was in a very good mood prior to me getting to the table she was talking to the client at the next teller over she didn’t display ANY sign of irritation until I made it to the counter) after making me wait 10 minutes to do absolutely nothing between me and the other customer . The other teller did have her sign up to say close. She was not doing anything productive she spent this entire time reading something on her computer it’s worth noting I believe she was faking the entire time while I was there she didn’t get up, she didn’t take any phone calls, or was filing any papers she was writing stuff down on a sticky note being I trained for a bank teller position I know it’s not many things a teller can do that’ll cause them to sit there and read something for 20+ minutes. The shareholders need to know how their company is being ran. If somebody come here and display anger then we are wrong. As a customer service rep it’s their job to do what they signed on for and get people in and out quickly as possible
