  Hello there has not been one time that I've visited the Woodward branch in Detroit Michigan and did not receive smiles wonderful connection with the staff and on the video teller excellent customer service I've only been with lake trust credit union for a short time and hoping to stay for the long term with all my future opportunities I'm working hard to achieve Happy New Years be safe to all of the lake trust credit union family partners employees company leaders 😀

  Applied for a signature loan and was denied for “credit history”. They dinged my credit and gave me a bs denial reason despite having an 800 credit score, high income and low debt. “The amount you are applying for is too high for unsecured debt and you don’t have a history of having unsecured debt that high” lol. What a bs reason, what about my secured debt history of having multiple mortgages with high balances or my perfect payment history. The other frustrating part is when you go on their website they allow you to pick an amount and term but then they deny for that same term and amount they allowed you apply for. Why offer this to people and hit their credit and then deny them with a bs reason. Just feel a little discriminated against for being the perfect applicant. I would not recommend lake trust credit union to anyone looking for a loan. They will hit your credit and give you a bs denial reason.

  Very rude & unprofessional. Close to close, staff is half asleep, dismissive & uncourteous. Did not treat me like they wanted my business nor did he prepare me for a more desirable experience in the future. I will not be back.
