- DDDejaSep 12, 20251.0I would stay very far away from this bank, I'm not sure if it's the branch or the company as a whole. I opened an account early August with a banker in office, that was a nice experience but once I got my debit card and activated I couldn't use it. I had already set up direct deposit from my employer to this account and even saw money posted to the account. Two days later the money was gone, I contacted customer service and was told that there was fraud related issues which I feel is ridiculous! I did the required steps and it's 3 weeks later, I haven't received my last check or my current check andy job is saying I'll probably have to wait for the checks in the mail. I have a small child and family that I contribute to, this has been a horrible experience unlike anything I've ever experienced. The people seem knowledgeable but they literally can't and won't help. The teller told me after they verified my license through backrooms the check would be cleared and in the account, this didn't happen and I don't expect it to. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND STRESSED
