The chat bot doesn't understand simple reply to the questions it asks. The phone lines are often down. They charge unheard of fees and I could go on. Take your money and run from this place.

It was customer appreciation day and the immature arrogant rude guy who opened my account was too busy chatting with the tellers. After about an hour there trying to get stuff updated because he wasn’t following what I was saying since he kept getting up every couple minutes to go gossip, I asked him why he wasn’t attending to me as a bank professional does, very aggressively and rude stated “it’s a very busy day” with a glare. I laughed it off and told him I could hear his conversation on tacos and different food areas around there. He put wrong address, my account gets locked and deleted all the time, online. You need to do better Alliance Catholic Credit Union.

The individual who opened my account was rude and kept walking away to go chat with his coworkers at the teller side. When I asked him why, he said very rudely and said it was a busy day yet he was gossiping about tacos with them since desk was right next to teller side.

Also, the security guard at the door always holds the door for me, and comes outside and makes sure I get to my car OK. I’m so happy to have discovered this branch that is so close to home, and they are wonderful!
