- AAAdamAug 19, 20251.0It takes an hour of my time to drive to this location and back home. I called in to confirm what I was attempting to do was even possible before I took the time. The teller here was extremely uncourteous for absolutely no apparent reason. She called a manager over and tried to tell him how to assess the situation. In spite of that he answered the questions she wouldn’t. She seems to have a lot of time to waste and doesn’t care for anyone else’s. I wish I caught her name, but if this is how your employees talk to people the reviews on your establishment will probably be much better if you teach them how to deal with clients!

If you are a Laurel Road account holder, don't try to go to the parent institution - KeyBank because they will turn you away.... I am transferring my funds and ending my relationship with this bank.

Terminating my business with them once everything gets figured out. There is better banks out there.
