  I was trying to refinance my car through them to get my car in my name and she was more worried about flirting my soon to be ex husband. And telling me to get rid of an app I use, that she admitted she new nothing about. Telling me my homework assignment was to look up stuff. Mind your own business and and do your job! Definitely wouldn't want to bank there! I was denied with a credit score of over 700. Do to, being an authorized user. Im the one who pays the bills on time every month, not my husband!!

  DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!! they will scam you out of your money. Steal from you and tell you they are not reliable if they damage your property. To sum it up, I once had a vehicle loan by them. 6 months ago I paid it off.Just the other day.A tow truck came and repo it and told me to contact my bank. I didn't understand why they took it cause. At that time the count was closed and everything was paid for I had documentation for it.. Well come to find out they never actually did close my account when I went in the office and made an appointment to do so. It took me over 2 weeks to actually get anybody on the phone because everyone refused to talk to me and ran me afound.Different notes were put on the account which I don't have an account.Nobody knew what they were talking about.And nobody was on the same page. When I was finally got ahold of someone that was really nice. We figure everything out they wanted me to pay over twelve grand just in tow fees because the tow company that they used was over nine hours away from my location which over the phone I was told it stays in town. But the very nice lady I was talking to end up saying that it was a mistake on their end and a repo was never supposed to be issued.Let alone it was to the wrong person.So (I was the wrong person). But they still wanted me to pay to get my vehicle out. Which they manage the workout?But I was told I had a pay storage fee when I finally found out where my vehicle was and I got to it.The auction house had already auctioned it off.And the customer that wanted the vehicle wanted me to pay them back the. money. I told them NO! So I called the lady back I was working with for they can talk to the people at the auction... the auction house refused to give me back. I had to get managers and police involved. Took me two more days to get my vehicle back. After i finally got eyes on my car.I had to track the cameras.I also had a tracker in the car.So I knew where it was the whole entire time. When I checked the cameras, I noticed that there was 8 people going in and out of this vehicle, I had items stolen from the vehicle. It was a total of 5 grand worth of items that were missing. I have press charges and am filing a complaint with this auction house and the tow company because between the tow company and the auction house, they stole the stuff together, let alone. They damaged the vehicle half the bumper was gone and smashed in one of my headlights was missing and they didn't even have tires on my vehicle.It was sitting on blocks. So now I am working with the court system in my town, and my lawsuit is totaling up into over 15 grand for damages and stuff stolen. I have video documentation and a itemized list of everything that was in that vehicle. So in the end I highly recommend you not use this bank. If I could give this a zero star I would.

  This is for not opening until 10 and for switching to automated video tellers who are able to do basically nothing that an atm can’t do.
