- JCJoshua CopeApr 11, 20241.0I contacted this office a few weeks ago and scheduled a phone meeting about setting up some investing for my son. Jay couldn't even bother returning my call. He had someone else do it. That associate told me I'd be contacted by another agent to set up a meeting to talk and that never happened. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with this office. If they're this bad at communicating now... just imagine when they have your money
