  A bank exhibiting discriminatory practices. Specifically William Demopolis. The quality of service provided varies depending on the individual employees and the day of the week. This issue is currently being investigated by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

  In the lobby today, I overheard two tellers, making fun of a person in the drive-through named Daniel. They spoke as if they didn’t value/appreciate Daniel’s business. The teller handling Daniel’s transaction made a snarky comment about how he is their favorite customer. The 2nd teller referred to Daniel as a Trump hatter… Not exactly the type of behavior that one would expect from a professional, in a banking environment. A disappointing display of customer service, and politics has no place in my banking transaction

  Went into this branch to deposit a check from my insurance company that was made out to me and Flagstar because I have my loan through them. The lady told me I had to contact my insurance company and have them make out another check made out only to me, even though it clearly says on the paperwork that checks will be made out to the homeowner and the bank that the loan is from. I explained to the lady I cashed a similar check a month earlier and she told me it wasn’t possible and didn’t work like that. She went to check with the manager and she confirmed they couldn’t cash the check. I left knowing they were wrong and went to another Flagstar branch a few miles away. The lady at the other location was very familiar with the process and had the check deposited into my account within minutes. This Clinton Township branch is useless. The people who work here have no idea how to do their job. Aside from this incident, the atm is often broken. This is the worst Flagstar branch I’ve ever been to.

  The manager at this place and their practices are absolutely terrible. I used their PUBLIC ATM (I bank elsewhere) and the machine malfunctioned, gave me only my recept and card, and did not dispense my money (max amount for the day). I sat there as the machine struggled to work until it "timed out". I called inside and then went in, and explained what happened. The teller confirmed the ATM "faulted". I was then told I had to call my bank and dispute what happened, even though they knew, and SAW what happened on camera right then and there. I asked for the manager, and he came out and told me to leave, as I raised my female voice too much for his ego. I stated several times this was a public ATM, and needed real assistance on the matter. I was told again to leave (one customer walked in while I was there) to which I obliged. I was unable to withdraw anymore for the day, as this FAILED ATM TRANSACTION still went through on *my* institutions end, signaling that I've reached the withdrawl limit for the day. This was a massive hit and I will face incurable setbacks because of this. I do NOT recommend this bank; the caliber of people who work there, especially the MANAGER, is not the type of person who should be running anything besides a dive bar.
