- BABen AOct 15, 20251.0Came in to open an account and was told I needed to make an appointment for a later date because they had no one capable of doing that at the time while multiple employees sat and stood around. I’ve worked in banks in years previous and we were *always* able to assist with something like this for walk-ins. Waste of time and gas, I’ll take my business elsewhere. The 2.7 star rating should have been a tipoff.

They cheated me out of a $300 promotion years ago and now my wife i trying to open an account with a promotion and it will not let her open it online. We called their 800 number and they advised us that this could be done in the branch. We drove to a branch only to be told that the promotion can only be done online and they could not help us. I called the 800 again only to be told again to go to the branch. I will never use this bank.
- TGTony GMar 29, 20251.0The folks here wouldn't open a new account for me citing they were short staffed and asked me to go to another branch in West Bloomfield that was several miles away from my home. There were 4 people in the branch, 2 of them seated and the other 2 just watching over them. There was just one other customer. Nobody to greet you when you walk in, and no desire to help. Why send ads about new account opening bonus if you are not willing to open an account? Poor work ethic.
