Teller called me a few minutes after I left as she noticed I did not have my wife listed as beneficiary on other accounts. Extra mile service and attention to detail. I like that they’re looking out for me and my finances!

I will be looking to transfer my business elsewhere. I have been a member here for most of my adult life. Never had experiences like this. This is the LAST auto loan I will ever take at Lake Trust! Update! A manger called me and while more polite no more helpful. Because they would not rewrite a loan, I had closed on Friday, on the following Monday they cost me $149. What a way to treat a 30 year plus member. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. This is NOT the credit union I started with. I will be moving this loan ASAP along with the rest of my business. They simply do not care about customer service. Their only concern is the almighty dollar.
