Excellent customer service, extremely personable and she surrounds herself with fantastic people. Theresa as the new branch manager, Katie, Adele, Andria and Heather at the North Branch in Cadillac, professional bankers but also friends. Sara from Traverse City's new branch has also been training at this location and she is a perfect fit for this group of excellent people. I went from one business account to currently having 9 accounts including 2 loans through Mercantile Bank. Everyone I have worked with has been professional and friendly. As long as their business philosophy remains this way I will be banking with Mercantile!

Hopefully they can grow a little and add locations farther north, but this is a great Michigan based bank.. BTW, plz don't grow too much, last thing we want is to see Merc Bank be bought out by a giant bank and we lose your great customer service.
