He spends a significant amount of time outside of the country and is not the best with computers, there have been ongoing issues with his online banking access for years and Kasey, after several past attempts, was the only one to propose and implement a solution. Much appreciated, as this has also saved me time and energy as I am also on my dad's account. Thanks!!!

And just about every other month this bank tell my mom she didn't pay for the previous month. Thank god she saves her cashiers check receipts. Yes that's right she has to prove she makes her payments to her house. How unorganized is that? Very to me. This company is the reason why our Government is going under, scum bags like this.
