He pointed me in all the right directions to obtain a safe, secure loan, as I am looking for a new auto loan through this credit union. I will be a returning customer and would recommend this credit union to any of my friends, and colleagues who have dealt with my various issues. Bravo Will! And thank you again!

Don't bother calling if you don't aways have an account with them. It's so difficult to get past them asking you to enter your account number kinda hard to do that when youre trying to open the account! Then you have to wait 15+ minutes to talk to someone once you navigate the automated answering system. Would not recommend.
- RBRebekah BogarinJul 5, 20251.0If I could leave a negative star review, I would. After initiating my first payment for my auto loan, I received a payment receipt on the day it was due. It was reflected in my lake trust account. Then I got an email saying my payment was rejected (after the payment receipt was sent). I called to reconcile the issue, for the employee to tell me that my payment was indeed received and everything was fine. Then I get a letter in the mail saying my payment was never received. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be refinancing with another institution. Do not go here. It hasn't even been one month and I've had nothing but trouble. (I normally would never leave a negative review, but for this to potentially impact my credit score was fuel enough for me to make a post.) 0/10
