    It seems like no one works here anymore. Almost every time I’m here there is one employee and you have to wait forever for even the simplest of transactions.

    Huntington bank couldn’t get me a debit card mailed to my address, when I tried to transfer banks I had money transfers blocked and had to go to this location where they where very rude

    Just spent 10-15 minutes waiting for assistance. Had $65,000 for CD. No assistance.....is this really a bank ? Oh well, go to my other bank.

    Wanted to simply exchange a $20 bill for two $10 dollar bills. Obviously short staffed but waited for at least 15 minutes to get my request processed. Never happened, so I left.

    Rudest tellers I have ever experienced at a bank! Repeatedly rude. Lazy and they don't want to do their jobs. Every time I have called they have said they cannot help me and I need to call the 800 number on my card. What is their job then???
